384 kWh Energy Storage System for peak shaving
This energy storage system which is design for some building, working places for saving city power, and helping peak shaving. The whole system consist of LFP single cells 3.2V 120Ah (Higee cell), our head office Sacredsun do module and whole system like customer, cabinet, High voltage box, etc....
Battery System with BMS in 19’rack:
1. Cell: 3.2V 120Ah;
2. Bank: 20S1P 64V 120Ah=7.68kWh; with BMU inside. Total 20pcs cell in a bank.
3. Cluster/rack: 19’ (size: 600*800*2000mm), Battery with BCU and BMU;
One cluster 200S1P 640V 120Ah=76.8kWh; one string.
One cluster have 10 pcs banks in series, and total 200pcs cells in it;
4. Battery system: 5 clusters, 640V 600Ah=384kWh
5 clusters have 50pcs banks; 5 strings in parallel;
Total have 1000pcs cells.
Total 5 pcs cabinets/racks: (610*800*2000); one rack contain 76.8kWh
